Nate is a Co-Managing Director of Elevated Safety. He is a SPRAT Level 3 in charge of training and rope access jobs for ES. He is a LT with the Palatine Fire Department; a member of its Technical Rescue Team (TRT); head of the MABAS Division 1 TRT Training Committee; Rescue Squad Officer for IL Task Force 1 and oversees all rope operations for the Task Force. Nate is also a lead instructor at FDIC for the Tower Rescue HOT Class; Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy technical rescue programs. Nate is also a Veteran of the US Navy, serving as a LT in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Southern Watch. When not working with rope systems, Nate is usually found out coaching at one of his three kid’s sporting events or off competing in or training for Ironman Triathlons and other endurance events.
