Mark Pfeifer is a former Canadian soldier and firefighter. He created a start up rescue and safety company, Ronin Safety and Rescue Inc., in his basement with the help of a few of his friends. Why? Because they feel there is a better way to perform and teach rescue!Ronin Safety and Rescue was formed to provide customized training and service solutions. Consisting of experts, Ronin staff works with their clients around the world in multiple industries (Oil and Gas, Heavy Industry, Construction, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Government and Health Care). From buildings in Afghanistan to citadels in Europe to sewers in Vancouver to holes in Panama, Mark is looking to gain experience in all rescue disciplines everywhere and share his knowledge of the craft wherever he may wander.
